The location was GREAT. It was near the tram and metro stations, easy to travel around the city. Nearby restaurants offered convenient dining options. I found the staff helpful . The room was also clean upon arrival.

The hallway had a slightly unpleasant smell. This was noticeable upon entering the hotel. I hope they address this soon.

The front office staff was always friendly. They also provided excellent service. Check-in and check-out were EASY!!! The staff helped me with directions and local information.

the location is relatively central i found the area to be quiet. there were dining opportunities located conveniently around the hotel. the room was clean and modern within its category.

the mattress was not comfortable i am unsure of its material. it was difficult to get a good night's sleep on it. the pillows were also very flat providing little head support.
